Booking Process

Step 1: Place Booking Fee S$4000 to Galeri Tropika Pte Ltd

Step 2: Midfield Realty will arrange banker in charge to contact buyer for loan application

Step 3: Within 30days sign SPA & Loan offer letter, purchaser eligible for 10% rebate

Step 4 : Stage 2a Completed in Jan 2015 payment is upon received bill from developer

Forfeited sum if buyer reject loan margin offer as below:

If obtain 80% loan Margin and above : 100% of deposit (RM 10K) will be forfeited.

if obtain 70% - 79% loan margin : 50% of deposit (RM 5K) will be forfeited.

​If obtain 69% and below:RM 500 of admin fees will be forfeited

(Note: Any cancellation without rejection letter/ before loan approval will be charged RM 2000 as admin Fee)
