Sales Procedures
1. Sign the letter of offer and place booking deposit RM30 000.

2. Clients are required to execute the spa.often before 30 may 2015.


3. In this period , our banker arrange loan arrangement from customer . Margin of finance now 60%


4. The developer will execute a memorandum to transfer the title to you. If there is no title , deed of assignment will executed assigning all developer's rights and benefit under the pricinple sales and purchase agreement to you.

5. You must also execute land office consent forms for the application of the state goverment  approvals of you purchase.

6. upon signing the SPA, you will have to pay up the 10% purchase price. The balance payment of 90% will progress based on the construction works to perform from time to time . all billing  to you can only effected after each stage of construction works and must certified by the panel of surveyor and architect.
